DEFINITIONS

“The Local Event Coordinator” organisers of The Garden, The Garden Productions and The Garden Full Circle
“The Promoters” Love International Ltd
“Festival Site” The Garden Resort; The Garden, Hostin Rastovac, Petrica Glava 34, 22240 Tisno, Croatia
“Barbarellas” a late-night club in a separate location operated by The Local Event Coordinator
“Venues” The Festival Site, Barbarellas, vessels used for Boat Parties.
“Festival” Love International Festival taking place 8th – 14th July 2026 with programming scheduled across multiple venues; Festival Site, Barberellas and on Boat Parties.
“You” “Your” “Ticket Holder” means the individual who purchases, holds, or uses a ticket to access the event, whether or not they are the original purchaser.

TICKETS, ADMISSION AND CANCELLATION

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket types offered by the Promoter of Love International Festival, including General Admission, Friends & Family, Boat Parties, Barbarellas and the Secret Island Party.
2. A General Admission Festival Ticket grants entry to the main Festival site at The Garden Resort, Tisno. General Admission Tickets are available as full-week or single-day passes.
3. Admission to Boat Parties (including The Secret Island Party) and Barbarella’s requires an additional ticket, sold separately.
4. A valid General Admission ticket is required in order to purchase Boat Party or Secret Island Party tickets.
5. Barberellas tickets may be purchased and used independently of Festival Tickets. Barberellas tickets are available as full-week (Barbs Unlimited) or single-day passes.  
6. By booking a ticket, and attending the event you agree to the below Terms and Conditions and any incorporated terms and policies linked within.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to add to or amend these terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Love International website http://loveinternationalfestival.com. Please check the FAQ’s section regularly to ensure you have up-to-date event information.
8. Tickets are sold through our official agent, Easol, who acts on behalf of The Local Event Coordinator and Promoters of the event. Full terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets through the Easol site can be found here.
9. The Local Event Coordinator reserves the right to refuse admission to the Venue, Barbarellas and Boat Parties.
10. Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. The only way of reselling tickets is through Tixel, our official reselling application online can be found here.
11. Valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket.
12. It is a legal requirement to have a form of ID with you at all times in Croatia, patrons without ID may be fined if stopped and searched by the local authorities.
13. Neither The Local Event Coordinator or The Promoters is responsible for the actions of the local authorities. It is your responsibility to know your legal rights whilst travelling abroad.
14. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Local Event Coordinator will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event, including but not limited to; damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties.
15. If the event is cancelled for reasons outside the control of the Promoter or Local Event Coordinator, including force majeure, safety or security concerns, or decisions by authorised persons or competent authorities, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking fees are non-refundable. Tickets may be rolled over to the following year at your discretion. The Promoter will confirm your options in the event of cancellation.
16. The Promoter recommends taking out a travel insurance policy before travelling to Croatia.
17. Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, are lost or have been tampered with will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. If you do not have a valid wristband, you will be refused admission to the site.
18. You will be removed from the site if you are found without the correct accreditation.
19. Wristbands issued by Love International remain the property of Love International until the end of the festival.
20. As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for broadcast, radio, and promotional materials for future events. CCTV cameras are present for security purposes.

GENERAL

1. Love International is a seven-day event, taking place 8 – 14 July 2026, with programming scheduled across multiple venues. Performances will take place at the Festival Site, Barberellas and on Boat Parties.
2. The initial line-up announcement will be listed alphabetically (A-Z) and will include artists performing at The Garden, Barbarellas, and Boat Parties. Please note: admission to Barbarellas and Boat Parties is not included with a general admission ticket.
3. The artist line-up, schedule, and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time at sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. Strictly no commercial activities or trading on site unless previously agreed by Love International Ltd.
5. Love International Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third-party traders.
6. The tented arenas and other areas of the event are designated No Smoking areas. This is in accordance with smoke-free regulations; failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection from the event site.
7. Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing. Please bring earplugs with you; it is not a legal requirement for venues in Croatia to provide hearing protection.
8. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and other special effects may take place during some performances.
9. Love International Festival operates as a cashless event, wristband top-ups will be subject to an activation fee of €3.50. Refunds can only be processed during designated refund periods at an onsite top-up point or The Garden reception. Please note that all wristband refunds will be made in cash in the local currency.
10. Entry to the Festival site is subject to the Venues Admission Policy, outlined in section 3 of these terms and conditions.
11. Love International Ltd is not responsible for and accepts no liability in respect of any persons being refused admission to or being ejected or evicted from the Festival Site as a result of contravening the Venue’s Admission Policy.
12. No refunds will be issued if you are denied access to, or removed from the Festival site due to non-compliance with the Venue Admission Policy or these terms and conditions.

VENUE ADMISSION POLICY

1. TIDY UP – There are bins provided – PLEASE USE THEM. There is no excuse to leave litter everywhere. Don’t leave it for someone else to clear up, but take responsibility for your own rubbish so that the beautiful festival site stays beautiful and can be enjoyed by everyone else as well.
2. BE COURTEOUS – Please be respectful and courteous to all those around you, staff and fellow festival goers, visitors and Croatians.
3. NO FOOD/DRINK – Food and drink may not be brought inside the Festival site, including bottles of water.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL RECORDING – Unauthorised professional cameras and video/audio equipment are prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artist/promoter are prohibited.
5. NO DRUGS/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES – The Croatian authorities take a very strict stance on the use of drugs. We strongly advise that you do not bring drugs with you or try to buy drugs out here. There WILL be a strong police presence here at the festival, both uniformed and plain clothed. If you are caught with drugs or caught being under the influence of drugs you will be arrested and taken to the police station and, at the very least, you will spend the night in a cell and be given a hefty fine (minimum €300). In our opinion the festival is amazing without the need for drugs. Sunshine, alcohol, beautiful people and beautiful music is all you need to have a great time! There’s very little to be gained by going on wild goose chases in search of drugs or being caught with them!
6. No camp fires in the grounds.
7. The venue reserves the right to evict persons who are acting in a way that is a danger to others.
8. BOAT PARTIES – no jumping off the Argonaughty, or any other vessel. This is not because we want to spoil your fun but because this boat is 262 tonnes in weight, with no brakes and is a serious health and safety risk to have people in the water around the vessel and her engines.
9. Have fun, smile and put on plenty of suncream… it’s hot!

MEASURES FOR GLOBAL EMERGENCY, PANDEMICS OR EPIDEMICS

1. In the event of a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic the Promoter will comply with all current and local legislation, regulations and statutory guidelines in relation to public health rules, policies and guidance which can be subject to change at short notice.
2. On the occasion that safety measures are in place to mitigate the risk of a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic the Promoter retains the right to change entrance policies according to government advice. Non-compliance may result in denied entry or ejection. You recognise the inherent risk of exposure to a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic in any public place and acknowledge that the Promoter is not responsible for illness or death caused as a result of exposure at our event.
3. If the Promoter is required to reduce the capacity of the event due to a Global Emergency, pandemic or epidemic, tickets will be cancelled, refunded, or offered as rollovers to a future event based on the purchase date.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or remove public safety measures in response to government guidance or at our discretion.

AGE POLICY

1. Love International Festival is an over-18s event.
2. Proof of age will be required for admission.

NON-DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT

1. Love International is committed to providing a welcoming, open-minded and safe environment for everyone.  All guests should be able to enjoy the event within an atmosphere of respect and tolerance.
2. Each and every guest should feel welcome to participate in the event free of any type of threat, intimidation, harassment or unwanted advances.  We reserve the right to take action that we deem appropriate if anyone engages in inappropriate or threatening behaviour or harassment (including expulsion from the event).  
3. We take all feedback seriously.  If you witness any type of intimidation, harassment or if you are made to feel uncomfortable by someone else’s behaviour, please inform our festival staff. Please report all cases of discrimination or harassment to us via email at loveinternational@teamlove.org.

SEARCH POLICY

1. For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate.
2. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.
3. Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event:
   1. Fireworks
   2. Laser pens
   3. Flares  
   4. Alcohol
   5. Illicit drugs, nitrous oxide or legal highs  
   6. Animals (except guide dogs)
   7. Selfie sticks
   8. Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon
   9. Glass, including glass perfume bottles
   10. Any form of seating other than wheelchairs.

DRUGS POLICY

1. In line with the Venue Admission policy outlined in Section 3 of these terms and conditions, illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and or removed from the Festival, and the Police will be called to attend.

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION

1. All bookings for on-site accommodation are made directly with The Garden Resort, and Love International accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through them.
2. The Festival accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages to possessions whilst staying at The Garden.
3. Customers staying on the site must also have a festival pass to access the accommodation.

OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATION

1. Off-site accommodation may be booked through 3rd parties or official partner agencies, Hotel Miran or Love Music Travel. Please refer to their respective terms and conditions before booking.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for accommodation or ticket packages booked through 3rd parties or official partner agencies.

BOAT PARTIES

1. You must have both a Love International Festival ticket (7-day pass or day pass for the specific day of the voyage) and a boat party ticket to board the vessel.
2. Full names must be provided at the point of purchase for every ticket.
3. In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name.
4. You must arrive at the jetty at least 30 minutes before boat departure, if you arrive less than 15 minutes before departure, your ticket will be voided.
5. A small number of Boat Party tickets may be available to purchase at the jetty on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early and make yourself known to the event staff who can advise on capacity.
6. Love International accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to lateness.
7. Boat Party tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
